A ready to use device. Complete to enter the world of DUC/DDC. Brick SDR TRX by EU1SW based on Hermes OpenHPSDR ie. Hermes-Lite, is a 20 W HF transceiver for the shortwave bands from 160 to 6m.

DDC/DUC transceiver with Ethernet interface. The hardware developed by Linoobs. The firmware (gateware) for this transceiver is based on original Hermes and was modified by Sergey EU1SW and published here.

Separate 14-bit ADC, 14-bit DAC. Works with control programs PowerSDR mRX, Thetis, Quisk and others with Protocol 1, Panorama 48-384 kHz, 8 bandpass filters 160 m-6 m (1-60 MHz), LNA, ATT, audio codec, jack for microphone (MH-48, MH-42b), loudspeaker. SWR bridge on the PA board, display of power and SWR in the program. Frequency stabilization with an additional thermally stable (TCXO) generator.

An Ethernet interface is used to communicate with a personal computer and is operated in a local home network. Sound transmission and control works both on the device itself and remotely; no cables need to be laid other than the Ethernet cable; you can throw it in the attic and continue to use it at your workplace. With this transceiver you benefit from all the advantages of direct digital signal processing that are not possible with classic transceivers.
